Over the past few months we have been very busy getting the new manufacturing site ready.

The preparation is nearing completion with all electrics, air-conditioning and networks being laid and we are now ready to commence the large task of moving all stock to the new facilities beginning late next week (10th April).

Starting Monday 14th April, we ask that all customers please direct all QC materials shipments to the new address below:

It’s an exciting time for us here at QuickCircuit having just taken possession of a new factory building in Albany.

While we will continue to operate from the current factory on William Pickering Drive and also carry out the main PCBA manufacturing at the current premises, this new building is set to house the Stores & inwards department as well as the cell manufacturing facilities, expanding our ability to deliver first class box builds to your end customer.

While there is some work to carry out in order to get this new building up to spec, we hope to be able to showcase the new facilities to customers by early May 2014.

New Equipment

To better service QuickCircuits growing customer base we have recently invested in 2 brand new Samsung SM482 pick and place machines as well as a new Ekra E4 screen printer for our Auckland office.

The new equipment brings the SMT facilities to a total count of 9 pick and place machines across 4 manufacturing lines in Auckland and Wellington. This equipment allows us to increase overall production capacity and throughput, enabling a quicker turn around on your product.

We have also recently purchased and just commissioned in the last few days a new EBSO SPA300-NC Selective soldering machine. This machine enables us to automatically solder PTH components on double sided SMT PCBAs meaning we can offer a higher quality and more repeatable product for your assemblies
