Our Community
Commitments
QuickCircuit has always believed that a successful business has a responsibility to the communities it operates in. From long-term charitable partnerships to inclusive employment, these are the commitments we’re proud of.
Giving Back to the Communities We’re Part Of
We’ve never seen community involvement as a marketing exercise. These are causes and commitments our team genuinely believes in — built up over years, not announced for the sake of it.
From sponsoring guide dogs that change lives, to supporting New Zealand’s technology sector, to actively creating employment pathways for people who face barriers in the workforce — this is who we are as a company, not just what we do.
Charitable & Community Partnerships
Blind Foundation Guide Dog Programme
Since 2011, QuickCircuit has been a major sponsor of the Blind Foundation’s Guide Dog training programme — sponsoring two puppies each year as they undergo intensive training before graduating as fully qualified guide dogs.
Guide dogs give people who are blind or have low vision genuine freedom and independence — helping them navigate the world safely and confidently, while providing extraordinary companionship. We are enormously proud to play a part in the Blind Foundation’s vital work, and remain deeply committed to this partnership.
Blind Foundation NZ →NZ Hi-Tech Awards
QuickCircuit has been proud to sponsor the New Zealand Hi-Tech Awards — the country’s premier celebration of innovation and excellence in the technology sector.
As a company whose entire business is built on supporting NZ’s technology industry, investing in the sector’s recognition and growth is something we feel strongly about. New Zealand’s technology companies are among the most innovative in the world, and the Hi-Tech Awards give them the recognition they deserve.
NZ Hi-Tech Trust →Building a Workplace for Everyone
Our commitment to inclusion isn’t a policy document — it’s reflected in how we recruit and how we work.
QuickCircuit actively recruits and works with the disability sector to create employment opportunities for people with autism and other disabilities in dedicated roles across our facilities.
Many of the skills that come naturally to people on the autism spectrum — exceptional attention to detail, consistency, pattern recognition, and focused concentration — are genuinely valuable in precision electronics manufacturing. We’ve designed roles and working environments that allow these team members to thrive.
We work with supported employment organisations to source candidates and provide the structures that help people succeed — because a diverse team makes us better at what we do.
