QuickCircuit Commissions GKG GSK Series Screen Printers Across Both NZ Facilities

The investment brings closed-loop solder paste inspection and statistical process control to Auckland and Christchurch simultaneously.
raising the quality floor for every product that runs through our SMT lines

What we’ve commissioned

QuickCircuit has commissioned the GKG GSK Series screen printer across our Auckland and Christchurch manufacturing facilities — both sites, simultaneously. The GSK platform brings together four integrated capabilities on a single system:

Automated screen printing: Precision squeegee control with programmable pressure, speed, and snap-off parameters for consistent paste transfer across varying stencil geometries.

Solder Paste Inspection (SPI): Post-Print Integrated optical inspection is undertaken before the board moves to placement.

Statistical Process Control (SPC): Real-time monitoring of print data against control limits, with automatic feedback to correct process drift and maintain quality within tolerance across a full production run.

Automated glue dispensing: On-platform dispensing capability for adhesive applications, extending the system’s utility across mixed-technology assemblies.

Consistent capability across both sites

Commissioning the same platform at Auckland and Christchurch simultaneously was a deliberate decision. Our customers should not experience any variation in output quality depending on which facility their product runs through. Same equipment, same process parameters, same quality standard.

This matters particularly for customers whose volumes are split across both sites, or who may need to shift production between facilities at short notice.

The impact on your product

More precise paste deposits. Better first-pass yield. Cleaner results all the way to functional test.

The investment is quiet. The impact on your product isn’t.
