Secure Warehousing
Your finished goods are held securely at our Auckland and Christchurch facilities, ready for dispatch the moment an order arrives. Free up your own premises; no need to carry finished stock on-site or manage warehouse logistics in-house.
Auto Kanban Replenishment
We work with you to define your minimum stock levels (MSL) and minimum order quantities (MOQ) against a service level agreement. When stock hits your threshold, a production replenishment run is triggered automatically in our MES, your buffer is maintained without any manual intervention from your team and with our controlled ECN management you know any changes are automatically rolled out to next builds.
Pick, Pack & Dispatch
Orders are picked, accessories included, packed and dispatched promptly; with same-day dispatch available for urgent requirements. National courier partnerships and dual island sites ensure reliable, rapid and cost effective NZ-wide delivery. For international orders, we pick, pack, and prepare all documents, then ship on your own freight account to keep duties, taxes, and tariff administration firmly under your control.
eCommerce Integration
When a customer places an order through your online store or web platform, the order can flow directly into our system automatically, no manual forwarding, no delay. We generate the pick order, process it, and ship it. Your customer never needs to know we exist.
White-Label Fulfilment
Every shipment leaves in your packaging, with your labels and your custom packing slips. Your customers receive a fully branded experience from unboxing to instruction sheet.
