A key ingredient to QuickCircuits' ongoing improvement has been the total commitment to quality. ISO 9000 quality control procedures have been implemented throughout the entire production process, coupled with real time notifications for maximum efficiency.
IPC training standards have been adopted as the core training modules specifically addressing the electronic assembly standards. An integral factor to our successful quality control has been the production floor teams. The result of our extensive training has provided us with skilled staff that can react to the real-time data (provided by the internal Statistical Process Control - SPC) and ensure a smooth build at optimum quality.
